Additional Fees (Tenancy Management Services Only)
Additional interim inspection: £60 per visit +VAT
Deposit registration fee: £35 +VAT
Tenancy deposit dispute handling: £150 +VAT
Arrangement fee for refurbishments: 10% of net cost +VAT, including:
Arranging access and assessing costs with contractors
Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the agreed specification
Retaining and providing any warranties or guarantees resulting from the works
