How does it work?
Manor Estate Agent effectively becomes your tenant which guarantees you a fixed rental income. We then sub-let your property, taking care to select the right tenants and then manage the property throughout the tenancy on your behalf so you can sit back and relax. If the tenants stop paying, decide to leave without notice, damage the property or force us to take an eviction order to remove them, we will take the financial burden – not you. At the end of the lease, you will take back full ownership and responsibility of your property in its original condition, subject to fair wear & tear.
