Tenant Find (Let Only)

  • One-off fee of three weeks’ rent (equivalent to 75% of one month’s rent)

Tenancy Management

  • Tenancy set-up fee: one week’s rent (25% of one month’s rent, one-off)

  • Ongoing management fee: 7% of the monthly rent

Tenancy Management Plus (including Rent & Legal Protection)

  • Tenancy set-up fee: one week’s rent (25% of one month’s rent, one-off)

  • Ongoing management fee: 9% of the monthly rent


Other Fees

  • Handling property licence application: £120

  • Arranging Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £70

  • Arranging Gas Safety Certificate (CP12): £75

  • Arranging Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR): £120

  • Check-in inventory: £150

  • Check-out inventory: £150

  • Fixed-term tenancy agreement renewal: £120

  • Serving a Section 21 Notice: £120

  • Serving a Section 8 Notice: £120


Additional Fees (Tenancy Management Services Only)

  • Additional interim inspection: £60 per visit

  • Deposit registration fee: £35

  • Tenancy deposit dispute handling: £150

  • Arrangement fee for refurbishments: 10% of net cost, including:

    • Arranging access and assessing costs with contractors

    • Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the agreed specification

    • Retaining and providing any warranties or guarantees resulting from the works
