No we don't. The rent agreed will be the rent that you receive from Manor Estate Agent every month. We do not charge commission or a management fee.
You will need to check with your mortgage lender whether your mortgage terms allow you to let your property.
Many boroughs although not all require a licence from the council to rent the property. This is either a selective, additional HMO or HMO License.
You will require the following documents to rent your property. Please use the following landlord check-list:
- Proof of Ownership (Land Registry/Mortgage Statement).
- Buildings Insurance Policy.
- 3 FULL sets of keys.
- Electrical Safety Certificate (NICEIC/NAPIT).
- Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) from a ‘Gas Safe’ registered engineer.
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
